Last November's session was one of my 2024 highlights - so I'm beyond excited to announce round #2 - The Big Practice: Spring Special
Are you ready to jump into the power of your breath, with the magic of Cacao and the integration of sound healing? ✨
An evening of practice in the Roof Studio at Siobhan Davies Studios in Elephant and Castle; an epic space that I’m really excited to practice in, and one where we can really dive in to our practice together.
We'll begin in circle setting intention, opening the space, and landing with some guided meditation visualisation and light somatic work , before embracing the magic of Cacao together, to open and connect to the heart space.
We’ll then move into a music guided conscious connected breathwork journey (a breathwork journey that can be powerful for release, transformation and emotional processing).
