We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before moving into a music guided conscious connected breathwork journey (a breathwork journey that can be powerful for release, transformation and emotional processing). before finishing with a sound bath to integrate, restore and ground. A chance to come together as a community, dive into practice and show up for yourself on a Saturday Night.
