Join Jenny (Third Space London, Fearne Cotton's Happy Place, Breathpod, Nike, Tim Morrison, Verve Festival, Liverpool FC, Virgin Atlantic & Wellnergy) to discover the medicine of cacao, power of your breath & the beautiful effects of sound to integrate.

We'll begin with setting intention, opening the space and some guided meditation, before moving into a Cacao Ceremony together, to open and connect to your heart space.

Then we'll move into a music guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey (a breathwork journey that can be incredibly powerful for release, transformation and emotional processing), before finishing with a sound bath to integrate, restore, shift and ground.
